منذ بداية حرب الإبادة المتواصلة بحق أبناء شعبنا في قطاع غزة، تتابع وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني الملف الاقتصادي والحركة التجارية في القطاع بشكل متواصل ومسؤول، وبالتنسيق مع الجهات الرسمية ذات الاختصاص ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص العاملة في قطاع غزة وضمن ظروف استثنائية ومعقدة فرضها العدوان والحصار.
وقد كشفت المتابعات عن ممارسات خطيرة تمثلت في استغلال بعض الجهات ) أفراد وتجار ) لمعاناة أبناء شعبنا، وفرض مبالغ مالية باهظة لإدخال البضائع تحت ما يُسمى “التنسيقات”، في انتهاك واضح للقوانين والأعراف والأخلاقيات الوطنية والإنسانية ، والتي تنعكس في محصلتها على زيادة معاناة المواطن الفلسطيني والذي يئن تحت وطأة الحرب .
وتؤكد وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني أنها قامت بحصر وتوثيق كافة المعلومات والبيانات المتعلقة بهذه الجهات، ويتم التعامل معها وفق إجراءات قانونية ورقابية حسب الأصول، تضمن سلامة المسار القانوني، وتحفظ المصلحة العامة، وتمنع إفلات أي متورط من المساءلة، خاصة في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي يمر بها قطاع غزة ، خاصة وفلسطين عامة .
وإذ تشدد الوزارة على أن اتخاذ الإجراءات لا يتم عبر التصريحات الإعلامية فقط، بل من خلال مسارات قانونية ورسمية مكتملة الأركان، فإنها تؤكد أن كل من يثبت تورطه سيُحاسب، ولن يفلت أي مسيء من العقاب وفق القانون، وفي التوقيت الذي يضمن الأثر الرادع ويحمي المجتمع.
وفي هذا الإطار، توجه الوزارة تحذيراً مباشراً لكل من يمارس هذه الأساليب: التوقف الفوري عن استغلال أبناء شعبنا،.
إن وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني، إذ تضع مصلحة المواطن فوق كل اعتبار، تؤكد أنها تتحمل مسؤولياتها كاملة، وستواصل العمل بحزم ومسؤولية في آنٍ واحد، لضمان حماية المواطن الفلسطيني والاقتصاد الوطني، ومحاسبة كل من يتاجر بمعاناة شعبنا، دون تهاون .

Official Statement Issued by the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy
The Palestinian Ministry of National Economy strongly condemns the recent measures upheld by the Israeli authorities to restrict the supply of essential goods and basic commodities to the Gaza Strip to only an exclusive group of vetted private sector companies.
These measures hereby cause the deliberate exclusion of the Palestinian-West Bank private sector companies from delivering essential goods to the Gaza Strip. This violation comes as part of Israel’s systematic policy in creating monopolistic supply channels, reflect high prices on consumers, thus further deepening the existing economic shock and undermining the right of Palestinians to life’s basic necessities.
The Ministry emphasizes that such actions form an unprecedented escalation aimed to dismantle the foundations of Palestinian economic life and constitute a clear violation to the recent UN General Assembly resolution, the international humanitarian law, international human rights law, and other trade and existing agreements.
Consequently, the Ministry of National Economy calls forth the international community and the international organizations to take immediate, concrete and effective measures to appeal to the Israeli authorities and demand immediate allowance of Palestinian national companies to exercise their natural and legal right to supply essential goods to our people in the Gaza Strip, to increase access of humanitarian aid to Gaza and to respect its obligations as per the international law. Under no pretext should the basic humanitarian needs be subject to political bargaining.
